SHAREWARE EULA
IMPORTANT: THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING JTIME. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE TOOL AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY RUNNING THE PROGRAM YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THEN DO NOT RUN THE JTIME.
jTime is distributed as shareware. This means:
1. All copyrights to the jTime are exclusively owned by Bukrek publishing house.
2. The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the jTime if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.
3. Whether the jTime is registered or not there is no limit on how many computers you can put this software on.
4. The jTime may be freely distributed as such, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified and the registration information if registered is kept private to the person who purchased and registered it. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the jTime.
5. The jTime tool IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
6. You may not rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Bukrek publishing house.
7. Using the jTime signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the jTime files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
